The NSA intends to use tactics, which indicate the agency watches and listens to us everywhere, all the time, to scare us into complying with anything the agency ordains. Isn't that a terrorist tactic? Under the patently unconstitutionally vague and overbroad harassment statute, this Supreme Court litigation is a crime as is this article when read by a resident of Arizona, say … Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
