non-Hispanic Whites becoming a minority, considering that over half of Hispanics consider themselves racially White on the Census.

You would have to lump all the other races together to do that.
Yes there will be more people who we now call a minority but no single race will outnumber whites.
Not that I care. I love diversity but hate these broad brush anti white posts.
Maybe by then we will stop calling people minorities and just call them people.
