ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!!! Bush's decisions actually led to people dying and not only that but we wound up never finding the WMDs that he and his aides and surrogates said we were going to find and we wound up torturing people on top of that. What's going on with the ACA right now isn't going to kill people. It's an inconvenience at worst. BIG DIFFERENCE TO ME!

The idea is so ridiculous it doesn't merit a response, or even acknowledgement. When things get that absurd I automatically tune it out, as I do most of their stuff. But that's just me.

Plan D was a total clusterf%%k. Tell them that in the hearings it was revealed there were 18 hacking attacks on the website (at that point) and that many right wing media outlets advertised the program needed to jam up the ACA and encouraged people to buy it. Tell them that the Koch Brothers spent over $100 million to defeat it and get people to NOT sign up, and the insurance providers secretly spent over 100 million trying to tank it in just over 15 months. During that same time Obama couldn't get any money for the roll out.
If they feel the Obama administration is not completing the task of creating the website, ask them if they feel the gop completed it's task of overturning the ACA the 40 times they voted on it. Say, hey you gave the gop congress 40 tries to overturn this thing, give Obama a few tries to get it right.

Also, as far as the website problems, the scotus decision that said the ACA was legal but you couldn't force states to do the medicaid expansion created a new challenge for the administration. Originally the main website's purpose was to answer questions about the federal aspect and subsidies but link them to individual state exchanges. They had to add the thirty states different info to their website.
Also also, remind folks this is ultimately about getting Americans better coverage at a lower cost. There aren't malicious intentions here so keep that in mind.

Nixon resigned because he was involved in a crime.

Clinton was impeached (though acquitted) because of the crime of perjury.

Which crime are they alleging Obama commited with ACA?

We just went through an election a little over a year ago. Don't the wishes of all the voters matter?

No Republican of any stature within their party supports the ACA. To make this argument there would had to have been a consensus among republicans that Iraq was a screw up, but because Bush was a Conservative Republican they gave him a pass.

Anyone who agrees with that the Iraq was FUBAR (Fucked Up Beyond All Reason) is not an elected Republican and not a conservative.

Since Conservative Pundits and I don't start from a similar position on Iraq or the ACA, I would never make that argument with them. I would stand back and make smarmy comments while they picked their noses and threw snot at me.

If you want to make that argument you must first have to convince them that you are right concerning the Iraq War.
