This is quite possibly the DUMBEST CNN headline I've ever seen.

I've been a critic of the Healthcare.gov rollout. Never along the way did I stop and think "fuck, man this is as bad as that time when Bush let a bunch of people die in New Orleans."

Maybe there are more stations over there in Japan. I don't watch it often and it often depends what's on. The amount of time varies from none to an hour a day. With the coverage of the aftermath of the typhoon in The Philippines I've watched it a bit more. The night time news from Hong Kong is less bias then that coming from the US.

Bush flew to a birthday party, letting a city drown.
Clinton messed around with an intern, and lied about it.

The law that Obama signed is a month old. Hasn't actually taken effect as coverage doesn't begin for 45 days or so. So not a single person has spent or lost a dollar. The plans canceled by insurers are much like every other one changed by insurers every year.

Totally the same.

I can't even turn them on...and their website is Bash Obama, 24/7.

And as HealthCare.gov continues to improve daily (note that the site had NO outages this week and the response times were only seconds) they simply move to bash the President for something else.

There is a huge effort underway to convince the country that the ACA is a major, major, major disaster.

Of course, one reason it requires such a huge effort is that---it isn't. It's got problems, like any new program, but they're certainly workable.

Watch for much more of this. Newspaper columnists, pundits, mediocre comedians, even country music stars--they're all going to be harping on this incessantly between now any January.

Where is the comparison in that analogy? No one was killed over ACA or Monica. And lives will be saved under ACA, not taken. I bet they have to bring Ted Turner a new TV every day, because I'm sure when he sees shit like this out of CNN that he smashes it (his TV) on a daily basis now.

kill hundreds of thousands and displace millions due to falsified *read: lying* evidence, for that, there is JP Morgan Chase Mastercard.

It's priceless.

The little things in life that JPM can do to make more sociopaths, well, we don't conduct a course on that, we just assume that coming in to the firm you don't mind eating baby sandwiches. If you improve your margin and portfolio, you might just get them with a baked something on the side, along with a world salad apology!

The man on the left is trying to bring affordable health insurance to those who don't have it.

The man in the middle started two wars that caused the deaths of many thousands of people.

The man on the right was subjected to a witch hunt for five years. When they couldn't find him culpable of any criminal wrong doing, they went after his private life and impeached him over lying about receiving oral sex from a consenting adult.

Who of the three brought more damage to the nation?

U.S. Version:

"Obamacare: Now what?" -- President embarassed by dem defections on house vote on cancelled plans.
"Second-term woes: Obamacare, Katrina, Iran-Contra" -- Lewinski seems to have dropped off from the original.

International Version (way on the bottom):

"Why Obamacare? 3 charts" -- Killing republican hype about how bad the law is.
"The Obamacare Question pastors shun" -- Coverage gaps in states that refused Obamacare.

Is America really a right wing country or is that just because of the diet we're fed....

So much better, comparing a law to malfeasance and a literal crime.

Look CNN, be honest.

Obamacare is getting the EXACT same treatment that Social Security initially got. The claims that it was socialism. The arguments about loss of jobs. Read the headlines from the time -- the corporate press didn't like Social Security either.
