My eyes are crossing from reading

From what I get out of articles I read or scanned is that the "main driver" of the TPP Agreement is Hillary Clinton and was studied and favored by the Bush Administration.

The details are too difficult for me to understand, but I have to think about this in past experience...NAFTA is one for the Clinton's, and Iraq is one for the Bushes.

Just going by the architects who favor the TPP Agreement is enough for me to be vewee vewee leewy of it. (Bugs Bunny or Elmer Fudd)

Those who paradoxically favor Hillary Clinton for president who do not approve of the TPP must feel very conflicted, or they are ignorant of her high approval.

Put TPP in a search engine, and Clinton and Bush will appear in every article. That 's enough for me to suspect its benefit to the US, notwithstanding the lists provided by other DUers whose knowledge of the TPP far exceeds mine by galaxies.

Other countries (i.e. CHINA) should NOT exploit their workers. NO country should.

3. No doubt that Hillary has been involved in forging and pushing the TPP

but the main driver of the TPP, practically, is the President and this administration. He's the one who has made it a priority and he's the one who appointed those in the USTR who are driving the corporate agenda that is the TPP.

5. His choice of staff is the cause of most of his troubles

He took on the White House and gave prestigious assignments to former Bush and Clinton people who in no way care about his popularity, working only with an eye toward regaining power. And he trusts them.

For instance, Ed Rendell has said on Hardball that he was expecting a WH position for his support...

The president is being screwed by the reps and his own party..

And god forgive everyone involved if he's forced out of office. It would be a pill that some will not be able to digest without great resentment and protest.

Can't be surprised the WH would give him a pass, can we?

8. The Clintons have always been status quo -

but the country was also very prosperous under the Clinton years (remember the 90s - wages rising etc).

So, an electable candidate with great name recognition - especially after serving as Secretary of State on her own merit. Yet status quo. May appeal to the moderates & may turn off the progressives.

I don't know what they are going to do but it's definitely a mixed bag.

and lowered welfare payments, a prize for Nafta I think. It helped a lot of rich people got even richer. The jobs were mostly on paper, computer stuff, and disappeared for the most part, along with the factories...very temporary economy.

I'm still trying to figure out why Netanyahu told her he wants to see her in another office soon when she left State, warm handshakes, wink, nudge, etc., their last meeting was on TV. I keep thinking she's promising him another war if he wants one.
