The police officer who he assaulted in 2005 can.
The former girlfriend who took out a restraining order against him can.
The co-worker who was bullied by him can.
His ex-wife can.
His ex-father-in-law can.
And now his newest ex-girlfriend can.

Of course, there's one person who can't testify as to George Zimmerman's character:
