But it looks like the fund was converted into a trust account by O'Mara (last bit of info at this link: http://articles.orlandosentinel.com/2013-01-30/news/os-george-zimmerman-defense-fund-update-20130131_1_george-zimmerman-trayvon-martin-defense-fund )

So it may be possible for Zimmerman to say he is indigent as any money in the fund is considered property of the trust not GZ personally.
