I'd love to see a column for %'age of uninsured that have signed up.

If you look at the estimated uninsured column, it seems like a lot of states are at 1% or under. Maybe there's a lag in reporting.

If you use the CBO estimates, which I grant are rough and old, about 30% of the uninsured will be covered by private insurance and about 70% by Medicaid. So at this point in the process one would be shooting for about 5% new privately insured (on exchanges).

Do you know if these numbers include people who have picked a plan but have not yet paid?
