And here are a few other "helpful tips" from the world's largest restaurant chain:
Eat less: "Breaking food into pieces often results in eating less and still feeling full."
Work less: "At least two vacations a year can cut heart attack risk by 50%."
Complain less: "Stress hormone levels rise by 15% after ten minutes of complaining."
Sing more: "Singing along to your favorite songs can lower your blood pressure."

(16,254 posts)This justifies my decision of 25-30 years ago was correct. I have not shopped at WalMart nor eaten at McDonald's for tons of years because of their business practices even back in those days.
Why would I want to spend money at either business when I know how they treat their employees? There is nothing right about either. Shame on them!
