...I think they also added their 'grandstanding' act of not allowing their 'employer' - the US government - to contribute to the cost of buying insurance through the ACA, whatayabet that whichever private insurer he chose will 'comp' him the premium, or at least increase their 'contribution' to him to offset the cost. After all, that's how Washington works.
