17. I painted a Mother Polar Bear curled up sleeping with her cub.

Painted it for my granddaughter for Xmas and she loves it! Her brother got a leopard!
Hope this will encourage them to appreciate and love animals. I really do think it helps. She is now very conscious of the plight of the PB. I'm devastated about global warming especially for the poor PB. The last article I read said they only have 4-5 years! How Horrible! I just love PB!

I hope the reason you posted this here wasn't to suggest that our concern for the plight of the polar bears subtracts from concern for suffering children.
