If what is now already known is not enough to get reasonable gun safety measures, then nothing more will accomplish that.

(5,455 posts)I agree that the photos of the victims should not be released. If the autopsy reports are released any photos and ALL identifying information of who the report pertains to should be redacted.
However the citizens of CT have a right to know that the police and other government entities involved in this tragedy took the proper steps before, during and after this tragedy.
If we don't know what our government does, how do we know if something needs to be fixed?
