My 14-dimensional reason (opinion) why the ACA website was rolled out when it was....

...because the President knew that the Republicants would blow all their gaskets in October - November 2013 and have nothing left for 2014.

The site works, the ACA will work and by November 2014 the fucking douchenozzles will be out of work.
