It would show that he no longer has the blind support of corporate America. It would show that consumer backlash made a difference. One of the most popular responses from corporate America, when consumers were POd that they were advertising on the Rush show, was that they buy blocks of advertising time & don't have any say in where their commercials are slotted. Americans are letting them know that that is a lame excuse. You go back to Clear Channel* & you say, "No, you will not put our paid for commercial time on the Rush show!"
