http://www.dailykos.com/story/2013/12/05/1260463/-Progressive-talk-is-leaving-Los-Angeles-San-FranciscoI just heard That we are losing our progressive talkers in San Francisco and I am as mad as hell. Already rush, shit, bleach are polluting our airwaves.
I called knew in San Francisco and vented. The number is 415-975-5555 if you want to express your displeasure. I called and the jerk who answered said it would not be a right wing format in January and that rush and bleach are in the middle! Ugh !!!!!!

(70,186 posts)doubt it ever will. RW blowhards all over the airwaves. I used to live in a city with progressive radio, now I have to listen via computer. It is horrible and is reflected in the mindset of this area!!

(75,480 posts)Santa Barbara county as well. It was a matter of time before they took yours down. I'm thinking we need to do something about this. The airwaves belong to the people, not Premier, Clear Channel or those who have monopolized radio. They also have watered down the music choices to the most banal of offerings.

(39,343 posts)This was against Stephanie Miller's flagship and one of the few stations that still play Randi Rhodes. Sirius radio is not worth having. I gave them up years ago. The only thing I had left was my I Heart Radio app to listen to in the car. Oh well
