I can't tell you how much I admire Tom Colicchio.

His work on poverty and hunger is so needed. His mother ran a public school cafeteria when he was a child and he's never forgotten her work and dedication to making certain that children did not go hungry in that school.

1. Except for Sen. Tom Udall, they all scored in the mid 80s, room for improvement.

Well, except for Steve Pearce (R-too dumb to live) who scored 15, lower even than Rand Paul.

ETA: Udall scored 100. He's great.

It's not a recipe book. It is concept. Really improved my approach to cooking and broadened my skills and thinking.
