The MSM has loved the recent photos in which they could portray Michelle as the angry black woman.

My sense has always been that one of the biggest challenges that the Obama's present to the media is that they break all of the old stereotypes of what a black man, a black woman, and a black family are. If those stereotypes are broken, the media will be at a loss to explain the world.

And so they work very hard to take advantage of situations in which they can portray the Obamas within the boundaries of their preferred stereotypes.
