DeBary will OK chickens for autistic boy after Mark Nation threatens federal suit
The attorney representing a DeBary family who faced giving up their pet chickens for their autistic son said city leaders will let J.J. Hart keep his birds after all.
Attorney Mark Nation said the city agreed to pass a resolution allowing the chickens after he threatened to sue the City of DeBary in federal court.
Nation held a news conference at his office in Longwood today to announce the resolution
DeBary officials could not be immediately reached for comment.
