I saw Teddy's entry as divisive. I hadn't supported Carter in the '76 Primary; when for Mo Udall back then, as I recall, but I saw no good coming from Kennedy's run against a sitting Democrat.

voted for Raygun in the general (last Republican I voted for in the general). I have voted Republican in the primaries since but couldn't bring myself to vote for the winner in the general.
