The lawyer for the accuser in the Winston case is supposed to have a press conference today at 10am.

This should be interesting considerring how badly the press conference was that announced no charges would be filed. The state's attorney Meggs went for laughs at some points. Then Winston's lawyer took shot after shot at the accuser.

Winston was not declared innocent. Meggs just felt there wasn't enough evidence to file charges.

who was accused of rape. The Tallahassee PD did next to no investigating when the victim filed complaint. The case sat for a year.

The state's attorney received the case a few weeks ago. After an investigation, he did not file charges.

Winston will probably receive the Heisman Trophy Saturday.

The press conference will be held in FL. I caught this info on ESPN. I had not seen specifics before.
