Free or affordable mental health care, and having anyone who lives with a mentally ill person officially vouch that they will keep the weapons in a safe and secure place.

I'm for the second amendment, but we can't have people who lack sane judgement purchasing or having access to firearms.

is great. They do a good job.

I don't know about individual gun ownership - seems like that causes a lot of problems.
