and generally using windows files. I can run Windows under the Parallels virtual machine and run all the windows I have ever tried.

However, Windows will not even see my Mac on the lan, nor open any of the mac data files that have been around forever.

What a waste of a perfectly good MacBook Pro.

As a matter of fact, I have one, and I support MULTIPLE versions of Windoze on it.
I have a program called VMWare, that allows me to run Windows in a separate box from within OSX.
I now have one machine that can support ANY version of Winblows.
No need to get something new, this laptop is far superior to any Windows laptop.

Way overpriced for the lack of hardware. An i7 8gb mac with a standalone graphics card costs over $2500 which is patently absurd. Apple is for people who want to just feel trendy.
