The right invented the blacklist so they can't complain when it is used against them.

It is very hypocritical for the right to complain about the Duck Dynasty guy losing his show when they promoted this exact behavior with the hollywood blacklists in the 50s.

Don't like your own medicine, fuckers?

1. That's such a stupid argument - no offense

If a tactic is immoral it's immoral no matter which side does it.

Right?

2. Well, I'm far from being on the right

And you have most of the facts wrong, at least here. I know from blacklists - the CD currently in my player is Vanguard #73101. And how many of those demanding retribution of Phil Robertson asked for "Seinfeld" to be blacklisted when Michael Richards had his (much nastier) public meltdown? Hmmm? Crickets.....

3. Maybe there's crickets because Seinfeld was no longer in production

when Michael Richards had that meltdown.

4. It was the heyday of their time in syndication

Which is where the real money is.

5. They were reruns. Duck Dynasty isn't. That would explain the lack of boycott.

But Michael Richards himself faced a lot of bad publicity. Hence, your crickets fully explained.
