The gang of 11 bikers charged with viciously attacking a dad in front of his terrified wife and toddler in a road-rage incident are getting the charges against them reduced — because the victim’s wounds healed so well.


Ten of the bikers, including off-duty undercover NYPD Detective Woj­ciech Brasz­czok, will likely have their first-degree gang assault and first-degree assault raps lessened to attempted gang assault and attempted assault, prosecutors announced Friday in Manhattan Supreme Court.

'The victim’s facial wounds look to be healing in a way which does not constitute facial disfigurement under the law,' said Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Joshua Stein­glass.


The badly bruised and swollen SUV driver, Alexian Lien, suffered cuts to his head and needed stitches, The New York Post reports.

that bunch of punks bikers. There wasn't a single biker among them. Back in the day they'd have been called "sidewalk commandos" at best. I can think of a few other terms but they ain't anywhere close to "bikers'.

My understanding is that more than one of them were/are cops. That is why no one would do anything about them terrorizing in the streets like they did. Domestic terrorism charges maybe?
