Target: let me get this straight

After the biggest data breach in history, one for which they apparently still don't know how it was executed, they are trying to lure shoppers back in with a 10% discount. Presumably using their newly issued debit and/or credit cards.

Is it safe?

So we plan on going there today, and paying cash for any balance above the card.

Screw that. It's all about getting folks to buy more and more of their merchandise.
