Sarah Palin's entire miserable public career summed up by her own interview answer

http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/palin-never-actually-read-interview-before-defending-duck-dynasty-star

Fox News host Greta Van Susteren asked Palin if she took issue with the manner in which "Duck Dynasty" patriarch Phil Robertson made his comments, which Van Susteren characterized as "graphic" and "offensive," even if she agreed with the sustance of what Robertson said.

"I haven't read the article. I don't know exactly how he said it," Palin responded. "But what he was doing was in response to a question about a lifestyle he disagrees with, and yet he has said over and over again he doesn't hate the person engaging in a lifestyle he disagrees with."

..

"In response, he was quoting the Gospel," she told Van Susteren. "So people who are so insulted and offended by what he said evidently are offended by what he was quoting in the Gospel."

Note that this has been going on for more than a week. She's giving multiple interviews on it, and not only did she not read it when first mugging for the cameras, she still hasn't bothered to read it.

Proudly bigoted and stubbornly ignorant.

11. And she obviously hasn't read the Gospel either,

or she would know that Jesus never said anything at all like what the Duck guy said. This is right up there with Palin's claim that the "under God" line in the pledge to the flag was put in there by the Founding Fathers. Fortunately for her, her admirers are as stupid, bigoted, and uninformed as she is.

8. But, she takes that ignorance to a whole new level.

She's actively ignorant--going beyond not knowing anything, to actively expressing contempt for the idea of knowing anything.

She is the ultimate in a person who thinks she knows it all. It proves that true. She is so certain she knows everything, because she is unaware of how much she has to learn.

The only thing she is good at is stringing words together. She has a ear for what is relevant or popular and strings phrases together about them.

It is everywhere, in every media outlet from TMZ to FOX (Ha hahahaha) to the WSJ?

The meme is that he is quoting the bible....

But he is not. He is opining on what he believes the bible says. Never does he quote the bible.

I am telling ya, this is all a big old setup here to boost the Christian channel......

9. And it's not mentioned in the gospels

It was the old testament. And maybe there is something in the new testament in the Letters, but doesn't she know the gospels are the four books at the beginning of the New Testament? For one so godly, she sure is ignorant even of that.

Why does she even matter now? She's no longer in office, no longer running for one. Why is she still being interviewed? Why do people treat her as if she's important?

I agree that she's woefully ignorant and never reads before she speaks.

believe she's important and relevant and they want to hear what she has to say, about anything. Faux give their audience what they want, and they want Palin. It certainly doesn't bother the audience any that she doesn't read. They don't read, either.

She's wrong again. All the excerpts I read (but never hear quoted on the newscasts) showed the idiot responding to a question about what he considered THE WORST SIN, not about anythng sexual.

His reply was "Homosexuality" and all that other vile shit he then spewed.

Think about that. The worst sin in the world, in his view, is loving someone. Worse than murder, and worse than breaking all his religion's nine other commandments.

I'm fixing to hide all threads with Palin and Duck. That should help me have a merrier holiday.

Merry Christmas and all that, ya'll.
