Yes, we know. It actually is already like that. You can have insurance, but not be able to afford the co-pays, etc. The insurance companies are the death panel - already.

Which why we need single payer, and get rid of the profit motive of the insurers.

with health insurance companies whereas in the past when it was like this, they didn't care one iota.

Your link goes to a story that warns that low reimbursement rates for doctors under Medicaid and ACA Exchange plans may result in fewer doctors signing on to such plans, which would reduce patient choice and make it harder for these folks to access health care. This is something that quite a few DUers have been posting about.

the (First Class) people who have health insurance can get in the health care life boats. The people who have no insurance or who cannot afford the co-pays and such have to sink or swim. Mostly sink.
