From another photo I saw, I think that is his sister. The hostile comments towards the photo caught me off guard in other posts. It just makes me feel sad.

I've always liked family photos.

I had a lot of online friends who would post pictures of family photos where everyone's clothing was coordinated. My family (not even extended but immediate family) never did that. My mom hated that kind of thing, but I didn't. I always wanted matching clothing, but only had a brother. So when I ended up having 4 daughters, well, for quite a few years until they were old enough to object, I got pictures of them always in matching or coordinating clothing. They are too old for it now, but it was loads of fun while it lasted. I can't say I won't do that if I have grandchildren.

I think the reason it seems strange with the Romneys is there are just so many of them. It seems over the top because of the sheer numbers. It veers from cute to creepy in some people's opinions because of that reason.

deal with a number of those kids in that picture and they are spoiled little monsters... and will likely grow up to be clueless as that Dimon person who thinks nobody's ever heard of Flint, MI and then posts pictures from some other country to make her point. And I think it's a mormon style, they think it's cute like those creepy christmas card family pics where they are all wearing the same ugly sweater.

At least when they are all dressed alike you can tell who they belong to when they scratch the hell out of your car with their bikes and other toys... aside from the similarity in physical attributes.

however they want. I really have no problem with this.

They're all dressed up and posing in a nice place for a cheerful family picture.

it's creepy and weird, but that's just me.

In my family there has never been a multi-generational family photograph, and if there were one, there would be would be perhaps a third of the people that are shown here.

This sort of proliferation is the creepy part, if you ask me, not so much how the kids are dressed.

In one all the men wore baby blue and the women wore pink. We then took turns posing with the twins.

When we have family get together a we all wear the same t-shirt at the park. I don't really find it too odd.
