$20M wire fraud Banker who vanished in apparent suicide then declared dead arrested

A banker who vanished in an apparent suicide in 2012 and was wanted by the FBI in connection with a $20 million wire fraud case has been arrested in Georgia after being pulled over for a minor traffic violation.

Aubrey Lee Price, 47, was stopped while driving on I-95 in Glynn County, Ga., on Wednesday for a tinted window violation, according to police. Officers said that it was clear Price was giving them false information during the stop, and were soon able to determine he was wanted by the FBI.

Price's arrest comes more than a year after a Florida judge declared him to be legally dead. Despite the judge's ruling, the FBI continued to search for him and had offered a reward of up to $20,000 for his capture.

Price is scheduled to face a judge in an initial appearance at 10 a.m. Thursday at the federal courthouse in Brunswick.

Eyes and lips are different. Ears and hairline look the same.

That's an "Undercover Boss"-worthy disguise!

wondered why he was still in Georgia instead of out west somewhere trying to blend in?

This is the second arrest in a few short weeks where tinted windows have been the reason the person was caught. Wouldn't a hat have sufficed?

His hippie dippie pic looks nothing like his buttoned down persona. If he wanted to be real careful, he should have changed his hair part to conceal that hair line (about the only thing on him that looks very much the same--maybe the old "center line" old school hippie part) and worked on developing a different walk and gestures. A piercing in the ear might have thrown people off, too and maybe glasses if he really wanted to throw people off. And, like you say, a hat would have done the trick too, but only if it was worn as if the main goal was to keep the sun off one's face!
