That looks kinda gross! But frozen fountains are a big thing up here in the northlands. Some folks put a garden hose up on a pipe of something, about ten to fifteen feet up, and let it run for a week or more... makes cool yard ice sculpture. Some even put lights in them so they can be viewed at night. Probably at least one in every town.

If it weren't pink and red it would be really cool. That coloring makes it look like "something really bad happened here" like in a horror or sci-fi movie.
