Seriously, be nice to people, try to be helpful to people with problems, donate money to good causes, support progressive candidates, vote for progressive candidates, possibly volunteer for progressive candidates. Avoid using pesticides or herbicides, pick up my dogs' poop, be a good neighbor.

18. FreeJoe, I filed a groundbreaking lawsuit in state court, fighting the banksters, which I expect to

pair up with a lawsuit this year in Federal court.

I post most often now about mortgage fraud and I hope little by little homeowners come to understand that they don’t have mortgages - they have scams as well as clouded property Titles. Of course like me, they may also have void mortgage contracts.

Like the Recorder of Deeds in a nearby county, I too have sued MERS. Not only did MERS not file all the conveyances on my loan as required by law, but they were never a lawful mortgagee under Pennsylvania statutes and so the mortgage is void.

I wonder how many Pennsylvanians have void MERS mortgages. I’m eager to post an update on my lawsuit(s) once I get the okay from my attorney.

All that MBS fraud on Wall Street is directly connected to the mortgage loans and property Titles here on Main Street. Investors are holding banksters accountable and so should homeowners. There are treble damages on most of the Causes of Action and Punitive damages are 9 times actual. Banksters owe homeowners a hell of a lot more than whatever remains in unsecured debt.

I want to help homeowners in my state and others, I want to hold banksters accountable and I want to hear them cry, don’t you?
