Any reports of people moving into Medicaid expansion states?

As in, have you heard any reports of people who would be eligible for expanded Medicaid coverage in say, Wisconsin, where Scott Walker is not taking the money, and those people moving to Illinois, which is taking the money?

Any people on the move?
