According to Standard and Poor. the ReTHUG government shut down cost $24B

Now said ReTHUGs want to pay for the unemployment benefits before desperate people receive a penny. So who is paying for that shut down?

Some of us (contractors) are paying twice for it. Once in 2 weeks lost pay and then there's the $24B.
