2. She tried to get a court order to stop the funeral of the form HI health director

Loretta Fuddy, the former director of the Hawaii Dept. of Health, was killed in a plane crash last month.

Assuming foul play by the president in relation to her former authority in relation to birth certificates, Orly tried to stop the funeral for some sort of further autopsy to be performed.

The court denied it as soon as she filed it.
