President Obama takes on Rand Paul: The idea that UI benefits does Americans a "disservice"

"sells the American people short".

"I can't name a time where I've met an American would rather have an unemployment check than the pride of having a job."

ideas to produce jobs for American people, to see our economy grow, to have people paying income taxes because there are jobs at decent wages. It will get people off of "the take" and allow them to properly care for their families. Filing lawsuits to tie up our court systems just to get his name in the news does not promote the American way.

...he's stuck with his own original asinine comments. However, his so-called logic is very easy to rebut, and if anything he is doing a "disservice" to his own party's prospects by further exposing it as a gaggle of out-of-touch obstructionists.
