I was wearing shorts and a T-shirt over Thanksgiving. It's a little colder now, but nothing like I remember it being like 20 years ago. We used to have to were thermal underwear. Might was well throw that out. A light jacket anymore and you're overdoing it.

7° - 15° above normal just about every day and every night. Worst rain year ever!

Reportedly normal here this year. Rain and snow in the mountains. IDK if it will take care of water needs in the summer. And we've lost a lot of our glaciers, but there looks like good snowpack from a distance. Bummer about your weather, may be very hot this summer for you down there.
