Cops still grinning after slamming man into a wall.

Two of the Three police officers in the Surveillance Video who slammed the unarmed suspect into the concrete block wall while grinning are most certainly still grinning. They have been placed on "Administrative leave" while the Chief of Police investigates. For those who don't know, Administrative Leave translates to free paid vacation.

Three police officers in New Hampshire have been placed on paid administrative leave after video emerged which shows one of them slamming a suspect against a wall.

Seabrook town manager, Bill Manzi confirmed the men had been suspended and that an investigation had been launched by police chief Lee Bitomske.

'On behalf of the Board of Selectmen and the chief of police in response to the video in question, the town of Seabrook will conduct a comprehensive investigation into the incident,' Manzi said.

The video is all the proof you'll need. The link copies, but doesn't display, and is available through the website or at Live Leak. http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=b9a_1389114674

So the system, as I understand it, is that when the Police are caught doing something wrong, they get paid vacation while the investigation moves into cover up mode, and then they are reprimanded, which means someone writes you're a bad boy/girl on a piece of paper, and this is put in their permanent file. Well, I can certainly see how that would shape them up. I mean, imagine it being in your permanent file. The Horror.

The victim wasn't wearing a shirt, was in custody, and was unarmed. The victim was bounced off the wall in a very practiced manner, which means that this defender of the public had done it before. I am curious about one thing, just one. How did the cops write the reports to cover it up? Usually the lie is that the suspect tripped and fell into the wall. I wonder if they wrote a similar lie. It might help in the lawsuit, because no charges will stem from it, unless the victim is charged with damaging city property by slamming his head into it.

They'll more likely retire with a fat pension and benefits, plus disability from the "stress" induced by the shootings and beatings they inflicted on people.

99 Percent Of Police Brutality Complaints Go Uninvestigated In Central New Jersey: Report
Posted: 01/07/2014 6:22 pm EST

A whopping 99 percent of all complaints regarding police brutality are left uninvestigated in central New Jersey, according to a Courier News and Home News Tribune report published this week.

Between 2008 and 2012, citizens "filed hundreds of complaints alleging brutality, bias and civil rights violations by officers in more than seven dozen police departments in Central Jersey," the report reads. However, it adds that only 1 percent of these complaints -- seven percentage points below the national average of 8 percent -- were "upheld by the internal units tasked with investigating complaints against their colleagues."

In the majority of cases, the police agencies reportedly "either 'exonerated' the officers, dismissed the complaints as frivolous, determined that they did not have sufficient evidence or simply never closed the investigation."

Although an attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union called these numbers "serious," the report quotes a South Brunswick police chief who insists that the agencies "do a good job of self-policing." Representatives of the Union County and Somerset Prosecutor’s Offices were also quoted as saying that investigations are conducted when they are warranted.

You can see the cop laughing about it because he knew it wasn't necessary.

You can bet these assholes have done this type of shit before.

And there'll be an investigation into why they were tolerated in the past.

That's my prediction.

This part of the country doesn't generally take well to that shit.

This town is right up the road from me, infamous for Pammy Smart and the murder of her husband with high school accomplices. Seabrook is so freaking weird.

Well, there's the statute of limitations.

It's a beauty: Suits involving official misconduct should be brought to court within two years in New Hampshire.

Nothing will happen to the cops.
