Rather amusing ... on a message board, "we" were reminded that the Muslim prophet

Mohammed was a "pedo".

The person who reminded "us" about this probably was a fan of the guy who looks like Osama bin Laden, hates gays, and wants guys to marry females who, in most conservative logic, rank as children.

Mary was 14 - so what does that make the Christian God?

I recall the George Carlin bit ... essentially:

"Whenever someone dies, people say 'It's God's will!'

I can see a mob saying 'Let's go get this God guy. That's the third kid he's killed this year!"

along those lines.

And God is the biggest abortionist ever ...

I guess mythical creatures could have story-lines that made them out to be into child fucking, but that's not good for the kids right?

I'm sure there were a shit-load of pedo's thousands of years ago. It's not like humans were real smart back then. Take Moses, he was stupid enough to carry those heavy ass stones up a mountain right?

You do know that was a joke? This can explain it better

There's no hard evidence that Jesus existed, but there's no question that Muhammad was a real flesh and blood person who not only lived, but mated and had children. Not only are there plenty of non-Muslim accounts of him that were written during his own lifetime (mostly Greek and Syrian), but we also have treaties (like the surrender document from St Catherines Monastery in Egypt) that were sealed by Muhammad himself. If you're ever visiting the middle east and meet someone who introduces himself as Sayyid something-something, you're actually meeting one of his living descendants (don't feel special, he had seven kids and there are an estimated 16 million people who can definitively trace their lineage to those descendants today).

We can argue about whether Muhammad was a pedo, but there's no question that he was a real person.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Historicity_of_Muhammad

Attempts to distinguish between the historical elements and the unhistorical elements of many of the reports of Muhammad have not been very successful.[6] A major source of difficulty in the quest for the historical Muhammad is the modern lack of knowledge about pre-Islamic Arabia.[7] Harald Motzki states:

At present, the study of Muhammad, the founder of the Muslim community, is obviously caught in a dilemma. On the one hand, it is not possible to write a historical biography of the Prophet without being accused of using the sources uncritically, while on the other hand, when using the sources critically, it is simply not possible to write such a biography[2]

After examining early non-Muslim sources that mention Muhammad dating from the seventh century, Michael Cook concludes:

[This material] precludes any doubts as to whether Muhammad was a real person: he is named in a Syriac source that is likely to date from the time of the conquests, and there is an account of him in a Greek source of the same period [...] The Armenian chronicler of the 660s attests that Muhammad was a merchant, and confirms the centrality of Abraham in his preaching.[8]

Regardless if he did live he is obviously WAYYYY past the worm food stage so what we should worry about are the pedophiles in the world now. Death for them seem appropriate as well.

in the 80s everyone was pounding the bar counter hatin' the Shiites but lovin' the mujahedeen

in a different world they'd be blaming all the world's problems on Jews in the exact same language--after all, they wrote the OT, so they gotta be the most xenophobic and genocidal group in history, right? they're probably plotting to impose Talmudic law on Oklahoma!

in the 1830s it was Masons, 50s Irish, 90s Catholics, 20s Jews, late 40s Commies, 80s secular dictators, 00s Muslims, 10s secular dictators--the details of the supposed takeover are the same, just the dramatis personae changes
