Bridget just might have a thing or two to add...

I mean this ass throws her under the bus, like he's some victim of hers, while she was probably doing what he wanted. And then gave him plausible deniability, by doing what he wanted again, by denying it.

Soon enough, and this story then takes the fuck off to another level.

No way, is my guess, that she just slinks away from this. Might be a couple of weeks as she will lawyer up, but I don't think she will stay mum.

unless and until criminal charges are filed.

He'll find her a cushy job somewhere else for taking the heat off of him. Unless she finds herself facing jail time and rats him out in exchange for immunity.

She 'lied' to Christie about the bridge closure. So she will be 'lying' again if she says Christie knew anything about it.

the NSA to exist, it would be for this sort of thing. I'll bet they know what all those redacted emails say... somebody should be asking them for the evidence.

My guess is she probably had an understanding she'd get thrown under the bus during the press conference as part of taking the fall. They've probably already lined up another job for her.

A substantial Cayman Island Bank Account, etc, pending could inspire increased loyalty as well.

.... to the size of their "consulting job" and legal fees donations.

Remember the phone jamming scandal?

The guy with buffers between him and the White House (read: rove) was hung out to dry and went to prison.

The guy with no buffers that made 12 phone calls to the White House (read:rove) on Election Day received $2.5 million dollars of legal help from the RNC. His wife got a $300k consulting job she wasn't qualified to hold.

"Yeah, The Corleones got a lot of buffers"
