Jameis Winston's Alleged Victim Will 'Absolutely' Sue the FSU Quarterback
The attorney for Jameis Winston's alleged rape victim said she "absolutely" plans to file a civil lawsuit against the Florida State University star quarterback and the Tallahassee Police Department.
"I want heads to roll," Pat Carroll, the attorney for the woman who claims Winston raped her in December 2012, told ABC News in an exclusive interview.
Carroll said the Tallahassee Police Department was negligent in handling her client's case against the 20-year-old Heisman Trophy winner. He claims the way police handled the allegations led to a prosecutor's decision to drop the case.
"Absolutely you're going to see a civil suit," Carroll said. "You can not have law enforcement that is not held accountable."

You know what makes me sick? People were willing to believe the men who accused Jerry Sandusky of molesting them as boys. But a lot of these same people have been out in full force discrediting and defaming and disbelieving the woman who accused Winston.
I mean, this shit is so god-damn annoying. Here's how society reacts to different rape victims:
- Child who is molested: Aww you poor thing! The evil monster who did it to you should be thrown in jail! Melt down the key!
- 60-year-old woman who was targeted by a random stranger and beaten and rape: Ditto
- A woman 18 to 35 raped at a party: YOU LYING SLUT BITCH WHORE CUNT YOU'RE OUT TO RUIN AN INNOCENT MAN'S LIFE YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE WORN THAT SHORT SKIRT YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN DRINKING YOU ARE JUST TRYING TO AVOID ADMITTING YOU CHEATED ON YOUR BOYFRIEND
I wonder if this kind of bias was the reason why Jerry Sandusky was able to be successfully prosecuted YEARS after he molested those children but Jameis Winston walked free.
