(31,464 posts)Fox viewers will watch/believe NOTHING else. Literally every other news outlet is "lamestream media" in the back pocket of Obama. Every one. The only other people they'll listen to are Rush and Drudge and Glenn Beck, or anyone who has falls in line with Fox.

(7,949 posts)Everyone watches the news that reflects their belief system. We on DU have expressed our anger at CNN/MSNBC and the 3 networks for constantly playing down the middle (aka "Everyone does it..." but Fox has never been condemned for being "too conservative" by the Freepers. That's the difference between us and them.

(211 posts)That we on DU have never (or have?) expressed our anger at MSNBC for being "too liberal"? That would appear to be the parallel to the Freepers calling Fox "too conservative", wouldn't it?

(370 posts)I'm guessing they figured if they didn't talk about the scandle, the scandle goes away.

The power of Maddow.......
Tx4obama
(36,974 posts)It all started when a 'local' reporter started digging and didn't let up on the story, then Maddow started reporting about it on TV before everyone else did.
SIX segments regarding Christie from Maddow's show last night, January 8th, here: http://www.msnbc.com/rachel-maddow-show
There is a segment in there with Maddow and the local reporter.
p.s. The first one will load and the rest will play automatically.

(3,544 posts)and they saw no reason to cover bad news, since it was against the GOP. Gee, maybe FAUX news really is the GOP, hiding behind a cable news channel. LOL. Hell I knew that years ago, and some people are just now reporting it as a possibility. Yet one more reason NOT to listen to the idiots at FAUX. Not FAIR, and BALANCED to the extreme right. Go as far right has you can imagine.
And I have to agree with the NY mayor. How could Christie not have known there was no traffic study going on? I would think that information would have been known the day after they opened up the bridge again. And it took 4 months to get to the bottom of this? I tell you why. He's lying.
Ba bye Christie, you're toast in 2016.

(381 posts)If Obama and his people were the ones accused of shutting down the bridge for political purposes would Fox give it less than 15 minutes air time? I'm sure they would because they are so fair and balanced. Did Fox ever mention the Benghazi or IRS "scandals"? I'm not sure since I only watch the lamestream media.
