1. The real problem is that we'll be entering year three.

Our reservoir system does a pretty good job at getting us through one or two "below normal" years, but we're in year three of below normal rainfall and the reserves are nearly tapped out. A lot of cities are going to be issuing kill orders for landscaping this year.

The Pineapple Express, if it arrives, could dump on us and bring our rain totals almost up to normal.
