Is there a "Christian flag?"

And who does it represent?

Catholics?
Methodists?
Baptists?

BTW, Ken Ham is the creationist that Bill Nye is going to "debate."

Creationists Offer Advice On Fighting 'The Homosexual War'

Submitted by Brian Tashman on Friday, 1/10/2014 4:20 pm

Ken Ham of Answers in Genesis (AIG), the group that runs the Kentucky-based Creation Museum, is offering members a new DVD called “The Homosexual War: A Biblical View.” The DVD shows a lecture that Todd Friel of Wretched Radio delivered at AIG’s 2013 Mega Conference, in which he gave the message that while “homosexuals are victoriously waving the rainbow flag,” it is now “time to raise the Christian flag.”

It was in the Presbyterian church I grew up attending(a fairly progressive congregation, for the record).

I think the idea was that the Catholics had this:

And the Episcopalians had this:

Presbyterians, Methodists, Lutherans et. al., should get a flag, too.

Just discovered that at one point there was a "Protestant Flag" in Britain during the succession wars of the late 17th Century(I won't display it because it was the banner in whose name the Penal Laws were imposed on the Catholic population of the British Isles).

Don't know if there was ever a Russian or Greek Orthodox flag.

Roman Catholicism, Methodist, Baptists are formalized religions.

Sister's of Charity are a denomination. Southern Baptists are a denomination. Suni, Shja, etc. are denominations.

At least that is how it was always taught in the old days. I think the new "Born Again Christians" movement has blurred some of the definitions, but kind of like the serial comma, I stick to the old definitions.
