Have Subpoenas Been Issued For Crisp Crispy's E-Mails?......

I heard somebody this a.m. say that Crispy wasn't cc'd on any of the documents from the document drop yesterday. That's when the thought occurred to me that maybe he was 'blind copied'. If I'm right - when a person blind copies someone - the person that was blind copied - their name doesn't show up on the original e-mail.

Just curious?

If it is a blind carbon copy it would not show up in the email text, it would show up on Christie's computer however. Some of the names in the released e-mails were redacted as well so it is not quite accurate to say that Christie was not copied on the documents, we don't know if he was one of the redacted names. I know the legislature has already asked why the names were redacted and so far they have not gotten an answer, I expect that pretty soon they are going to issue another subpoena for the unredacted documents.

On edit: To answer your original question I don't believe subpoenas have been issued for Christie's e-mails yet, they usually go after the underlings first to gather evidence before going after the big target however so Christie should be very worried about a future subpoena.
