Cyber-era gives it and takes it away. Productivity gives the use of less people and more profit. But

If you let some marketing guru put wifi all over your store so you can track shopping without also installing security networks you lose possible 70 million customers.

Also the hit to these corporation may put one of the top 10 employers in danger of failing.

The cyber-era has a steep learning curve.
