Freedom Industries Containment Wall Needed $1M in Repairs

http://www.wsaz.com/home/headlines/Carper-Freedom-Industries-Containment-Wall-Needed-1M-in-Repairs-239753671.html

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Kanwaha County Commission President Kent Carper says a containment wall at Freedom Industries was in need of $1m in repairs.

According to Carper the company had just changed hands.

In the list of transactions money was set aside to fix a containment wall.

According to Carper, "the place was not in good shape," and it was apparent the containment wall was in a state of disrepair.
