it's hard for me to imagine her having a bridge approach blocked to get back at her political enemies. She has a bit more style than that.

what other candidate could actually mobilize the social conservatives as well the Wall Street Republicans, the Rovian operative class and at least pass the minimal litmus test of the Tea Party?

The presidential candidates in the wings leave a lot to be desired. I see no truly liberal politician like and FDR on the scene. Until we reverse "give away America" free trade policies it will only get worse.
