This Porsche building will house 2% of the world's billionaires

http://homes.yahoo.com/photos/this-porsche-building-will-house-2-of-the-world-s-billionaires-1389396897-slideshow/

The 60-story Porsche Design Tower, now underway in Miami, will contain three elevators capable of taking residents and their cars to their multimillion-dollar condos dozens of stories up. The building has 284 parking spaces in its glass "sky garages," where the cars will be visible to owners from within their condos. (Click here to read more about it on Yahoo Homes' Spaces blog.)

The amenity is so enticing that the building has managed to sign up 2 percent of the world's billionaires, according to the Atlantic Cities.

Not many units remain, a broker tells Yahoo, even though prices start at a heady $4 million and top out at a vertiginous $32.5 million for the "huge" penthouse.

Asked about the cars, the broker said: “Bentleys, Porsches, Ferraris, Rolls Royce -- so many cars I’m just amazed.” One resident is reportedly bringing with him a $25 million Ferrari.

I'd love to come out of my building already in my car and hit the ground running.

If your garage is attached to your home, you need to understand how to keep toxic products from your car out of your air.

If any of those trust fund dummies do it while in situ, they deserve whatever they get.

7. A good way to bring up your hookers and drug dealers without detection

I was wondering why it was necessary to have the car go straight up to your condo. We live in a condo building (though a low-rise, not a big tower like this), and we just park, walk into the building, and take the elevator up with our bodies. The only advantage I could think of would be coming home from Costco or the grocery, and not having to schlep everything up.

But billionaires, I presume, have "people" to go to Costco and the grocery for them, so that can't be it. I assume it's just convenient for bringing other things up, that you don't want detected. Like shady business associates and hookers.
