Regarding the two NJ state troopers that were at Christies speech yesterday...

... is it just me or did they way they looked/dressed look bizarre to anyone else?
Do they normally look/dress like that?

I can't imagine they do their beat in that garb.

(The "curtsy" by the one on the right after they stepped down the stair was definitely a little bizarre.)
