Report: Homeless numbers drop in Pima County

These numbers are for Tucson, but they may make one wonder about the numbers in their own town. And these numbers are also shocking, even if they are supposed to be going down.

Report: Homeless numbers drop in Pima County

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

One out of every 131 people in Pima County experienced homelessness within the past year.

The Annual Report of Homelessness in Arizona shows approximately 27 percent of the state's homeless population lives in Pima County. Compare that to 35 percent in 2012.
